12The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make or authorize to be made with any other jurisdiction an arrangement or agreement respecting the giving of information relating to
(a)
transportation certificates required under this Act,
(b)
the giving of transportation certificates or other documentation or information, or
(c)
the imposition of requirements respecting the distribution, completion, possession, production, collection and remittance of transportation certificates on one another’s public highways.
